About Beth

Meet Beth – a real estate expert with a passion for the luxury communities of Del Mar, Rancho Santa Fe, Santaluz and the surrounding communities. As a 22-year resident of Del Mar and a mother of 3, Beth has a deep connection to her local community, its schools and it’s non-profits. Her clients look to her for expert guidance and local knowledge that is truly tailored to their unique needs.

Born into an East Coast real estate family with a legacy spanning four generations, Beth has always been fascinated by the real estate industry. After graduating from Villanova University, she pursued a career in marketing and advertising in New York City before putting her career on hold to raise her children. In 2001, Beth and her family made the move to Del Mar, and Beth eventually joined Barry Estates and has been thriving in the local real estate market ever since.

Beth’s involvement in the community goes beyond just selling homes – she is also dedicated to giving back. She is a founding board member of a Bridge for Kids, a member of Del Mar Women’s Giving Collective, a member of Del Mar Rotary Club, she served on the Board of Trustees of La Jolla Country Day School, and was an active member of TVIA and NCL.

Beth’s personal connections to the local markets and residents, combined with her extensive industry experience, make her a trusted partner for anyone looking to buy or sell in Del Mar, Rancho Santa Fe and beyond!”

What Our Clients Say

"

Choosing to work with Beth Davidson on the sale of our Del Mar home, was the best decision. She is professional and proactive and she walked us through the whole listing and negotiating process in a smooth, effortless manner. Having lived and worked in Del Mar for over 20 years, Beth knows the market and was able to provide us with valuable insights and ideas that helped get us the best offer. In addition, we left town on vacation and came home to 5 offers in 5 days, all at or over asking price. She exceeded our expectations and was such a pleasure to work with. We couldn’t be happier!

We have known Beth Davidson for years as a good neighbor and friend, so we were not hesitant to ask her to help us buy a townhouse. From the start to the end, she was expedient, thorough, thoughtful and encouraging. The market was at an all-time high for prices and low for availability, so we had many challenges. Despite these issues, she helped us locate, purchase and close on our townhouse in 5 weeks. We would highly recommend her and her real estate agency for purchasing any home in this area.

Beth and Chris did a fantastic job on the marketing and sale of my Santaluz house. I previously tried selling my home with another agent during the summer, but nothing worked out. I was getting skeptical about the market until Beth and Chris put together an “out of the box” strategy that was very impressive and led to securing the perfect buyer. I have been singing their praises ever since. I would recommend them to any prospective clients! D.L.

My husband and I had the good fortune to work with Beth Davidson to find a second home in Del Mar. We have bought and sold many homes in our 30 years of marriage and Beth made it one of our best experiences. Beth worked extremely hard on our behalf and made the process less stressful and more enjoyable. We appreciated her knowledge, honestly, late hours, and integrity during the purchase of our home. Beth helped us find our dream home and we truly feel we made a lifelong friend along the way.
